Julie Bedford

Julia M Bedford is a herbalist, artist, vegan chef and food activist.

Julia is director of Herbal Brue, a herbal co-op founded in the heart of Avalon. Herbal Brue hold foraging walks and medicine making days, creating from the local plant life here in Somerset. They are working on a project collecting herbal stories from the community elders.

Julia is studying to be a medical herbalist at Betonica School of Herbal Medicine.
